Ingredients
- 6 cups beef broth
- ½ cup diced deli ham
- ½ lb smoked sausage, sliced into thin half-moons
- ¼ lb ground beef
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (canned)
- 1 large dill pickle, sliced thin
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- ½ medium yellow onion, diced

Heat broth in a large pot over medium-high heat until steaming, about 2 minutes.

Add diced onion, ham, sausage, and ground beef. Stir to break up the meat and distribute.

Simmer uncovered until ground beef is no longer pink and flavors meld, about 8 minutes.

Stir in canned tomatoes with juice, sliced pickle, vinegar, salt, and black pepper to taste.
