Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup marshmallows

    Heat milk in a microwave-safe mug for 2 minutes until steaming, or warm in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until steam rises.

    Whisk cocoa powder, sugar, and cinnamon together in a bowl until no lumps remain.

    Pour the hot milk into the cocoa mixture and whisk vigorously until foamy and smooth, about 1 minute.
