Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups whole milk
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

    Heat 1 cup milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until steaming, about 2 minutes. Don't boil.

    Whisk in cocoa powder, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla until smooth. Pour into two mugs.

    Pour remaining 0.5 cup milk into a jar, screw the lid on tight, and shake hard for 30 seconds until foamy.
