- 2 cups whole milk
- 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup marshmallows
- 1 bar chocolate flake bar (such as Cadbury Flake)
