Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup marshmallows
  • 1 bar chocolate flake bar (such as Cadbury Flake)

Instructions

    Heat milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until steam rises, about 4 minutes. Do not boil.

    Whisk cocoa powder, sugar, and cinnamon together in a small bowl until no lumps remain.

    Pour hot milk into a blender. Add cocoa mixture and vanilla extract; blend on high for 30 seconds until frothy.

    Divide chocolate between two mugs. Pour frothy mixture over the top, leaving 1 inch of foam on the surface.

    Top each mug with a handful of marshmallows and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
