Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2.5 tbsp granulated sugar
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch pinch of salt

Instructions

    Pour milk into a small saucepan or milk frother and warm over medium-low heat until steam rises, ~3 minutes.

    Whisk in cocoa powder, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt until completely smooth and no lumps remain.

    Pour into a blender or use an immersion blender for 30 seconds until the top is thick and frothy.
