Ingredients
- 4 links merguez sausages
- 2 medium red and yellow bell peppers
- 2 pieces soft sub rolls or baguette
- 2 tbsp harissa paste
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Cut peppers into thick strips, removing stems and seeds.

Stir harissa and mayonnaise together until combined.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high until it shimmers, ~60 seconds.
