- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp butter

Peel and chop the 4 potatoes into chunks. Boil in salted water until fork-tender, about 15 minutes.
