Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow fluff
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- 1
Pour 1 cup of heavy whipping cream into a medium bowl, then use an electric mixer or whisk to beat on high speed until stiff peaks form—when you lift the beaters, peaks should stand straight up, about 2–3 minutes.
- 2
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and 0.5 teaspoon of vanilla extract over the whipped cream.
- 3
Use a rubber spatula to gently fold the mixture—lift from the bottom of the bowl up and over the sugar, rotate the bowl a quarter turn, and repeat until the sugar is fully mixed in, about 30 seconds.
- 4
Scoop the entire 7-ounce jar of marshmallow fluff on top of the whipped cream mixture.
- 5
Using the same rubber spatula, gently fold the fluff into the whipped cream by lifting from the bottom, folding over the fluff, and rotating the bowl—stop when no white streaks remain and the mixture is light and fluffy, about 1 minute.
- 6
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve immediately with fresh fruit, graham crackers, cookies, or marshmallows for dipping.
