Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. 1

Place the cream cheese in a medium bowl and use a rubber spatula to press and fold it against the sides until it is completely smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.

  2. 2

Pour the Greek yogurt into the cream cheese and stir with a spatula until no white streaks of cream cheese remain visible, about 30 seconds.

  3. 3

Drizzle 3 tablespoons of honey into the bowl and stir in broad circles until the honey is evenly mixed throughout, about 20 seconds.

  4. 4

Add the vanilla extract and lemon zest, then stir gently until both are distributed evenly throughout the dip, about 10 seconds.

  5. 5

Scoop the dip into a serving bowl and place it in the center of a large platter surrounded by fresh fruit pieces, or keep it in the refrigerator until guests arrive.
