Ingredients

  • ¾ lb breakfast sausage (bulk or links)
  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • ½ cup maple syrup

Instructions

    Brown bulk sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into bite-size pieces with a spoon, ~5 minutes.

    Mix pancake batter per package directions using water; fold cooked sausage pieces into the batter.

    Spoon batter mounds (about 2 tbsp each) onto a greased baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
