Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup fresh mango, peeled and cubed
- ½ cup cold water or milk
- 1.5 tbsp honey or sugar
- ⅛ tsp ground cardamom
- ½ cup ice cubes

Add yogurt, mango cubes, cold water or milk, honey, and cardamom to a blender. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, about 1–2 minutes, until no mango pulp remains visible.

Add ice cubes and pulse 2–3 times until the drink is chilled and frothy on top. Do not over-blend or the lassi will become too thin.

Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately while the foam is still present. Taste and adjust sweetness with extra honey if desired.
