Ingredients

  • 2 lb sugarcane stalks, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 whole limes
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • ½ cup water (optional, for diluting)

Instructions

    Feed sugarcane pieces through a juicer or blend in batches with 2 tbsp water, then strain through a fine mesh sieve, pressing solids.

    Pour juice into a tall glass over ice, filling halfway.

    Squeeze juice from 1 lime half into the glass; stir well.

    Top with more ice if desired and serve immediately with a lime wedge.
