Ingredients
- ½ lb ground pork
- 3 stalks scallions (white and light green parts)
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 12 count round dumpling wrappers
- 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 cloves garlic

Mince 2 scallion stalks and garlic. Mix ground pork with minced scallion, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and 0.5 tbsp sesame oil until just combined.

Spoon 1 tbsp filling into each dumpling wrapper, wet the edges, fold in half, then pinch corners together to seal. Set aside.

Bring broth to a boil in a large pot over high heat, about 5 minutes.
