Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen French fries (crinkle-cut preferred)
  • 1.5 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 whole fresh jalapeños, sliced into rings
  • ½ cup sour cream or crema
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ¼ cup cotija cheese, crumbled

Instructions

    Heat oven to 425°F. Spread fries on a sheet pan and bake per package directions until golden and crispy, ~10 minutes.

    Stir sour cream with lime juice until smooth and pourable.

    Remove fries from oven. Scatter shredded cheddar and jalapeño slices over the top.
