Ingredients
- 2 packs instant Korean ramyeon noodles
- 4 cups water
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 whole eggs
- ¼ cup crispy fried onions (or panko breadcrumbs fried in neutral oil)
- 2 stalks fresh scallion, sliced

Bring water to a boil in a large pot over high heat.

While water heats, whisk gochujang, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl until smooth.

Once water boils, add ramyeon noodles and cook for 3 minutes, stirring to separate.
