Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced (¼ inch)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 stalks scallions, sliced thin
