Ingredients
- 1.5 lb beef short ribs (flanken-cut, 1/4-inch thick)
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 3 whole scallions, sliced thin (white and green parts separated)
