Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 3.4 oz vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp butter

Preheat oven to 375°F. Divide the 1 lb pizza dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each into a ball. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, cover with a towel, and let rest for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, whisk the 3.4 oz vanilla pudding mix with 2 cups milk until thickened, about 2 minutes. Beat in the 1 egg until smooth.

Press your thumb into the center of each dough ball to create a deep well. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the custard into each well, leaving a small border.

Bake for 15-18 minutes, until the dough is golden brown and the custard is set and slightly puffed. Let cool for 5 minutes, then brush with the 2 tbsp melted butter.
