Ingredients
- 12 count frozen or store-bought meatballs
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 2 count sub roll, split lengthwise
- 6 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 0 pinch salt and pepper to taste

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium. Add meatballs and cook 3 minutes, shaking pan occasionally to turn them.

Pour marinara over meatballs. Simmer 4 minutes until sauce bubbles gently and meatballs warm through.

Brush cut sides of sub rolls with oil. Place rolls cut-side down in skillet around the meatballs for 2 minutes until golden.

Transfer rolls to a cutting board. Divide meatballs and sauce between them; top each with 3 slices of mozzarella.
