Ingredients
- 1.5 cups almond flour
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 large egg whites
- ½ teaspoon almond extract
- ¼ cup sliced almonds

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, stir together 1.5 cups almond flour, 0.75 cup sugar, 2 egg whites, and 0.5 teaspoon almond extract until a sticky dough forms.

Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough and roll into balls. Roll each ball in the 0.25 cup sliced almonds to coat.

Place balls 2 inches apart on the prepared sheet. Bake until golden and cracked on top, about 15-18 minutes.
