- 1.5 cups almond flour
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 large egg whites
- ½ teaspoon almond extract
- ¼ cup powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, stir together 1.5 cups almond flour, 0.75 cup sugar, 2 egg whites, and 0.5 tsp almond extract until a sticky dough forms.
