Ingredients
- ¾ lb ground beef
- 2 pieces flatbread or pita
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ¾ cup canned crushed tomato
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- ½ tsp each ground cumin and red pepper flakes

Tear flatbread into bite-sized pieces. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering.

Add bread pieces and pan-fry, tossing occasionally, until golden and crispy on edges, about 4 minutes.

Push bread to the side. Add ground beef to empty space and brown, breaking apart with a spoon, 4 minutes.

Stir in cumin, red pepper flakes, tomato paste. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
