- ½ lb ground beef
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 whole egg
- 2 fillets anchovies (optional, minced)
- 12 oz frozen potato wedges
- 2 whole sandwich bread or buns
- ¼ cup tartar sauce

Spread potato wedges on a sheet pan, toss with a pinch of salt and pepper, then roast at 425°F for 18 minutes.

While potatoes roast, combine ground beef, cream, egg, and minced anchovies in a bowl. Mix gently until just combined.

Form beef mixture into two thick patties, each about 3 inches across. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
