Ingredients

  • 1.5 tbsp hojicha tea (loose or powder)
  • 6 oz hot water
  • 6 oz whole milk
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

    Steep hojicha in 6 oz hot water for 2 minutes, then strain into a pitcher.

    Pour hojicha tea over ice into two glasses, filling each halfway.

    Warm milk in a microwave-safe cup for 45 seconds until steaming.

    Whisk or froth the warm milk for 30 seconds until foam rises to the top.
