Ingredients

  • 2 cups honeydew melon, flesh cubed
  • ¾ cup whole milk or 2% milk
  • ¼ cup condensed milk
  • ½ cup cooked tapioca pearls
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • ¼ cup water

    Blend honeydew cubes with water until completely smooth and pale green, about 60 seconds.

    Pour honeydew puree through a fine-mesh strainer into a bowl, pressing gently to extract all liquid.

    Whisk whole milk and condensed milk together until fully combined and creamy.

    Divide tapioca pearls between two tall glasses, filling the bottom third of each.

    Pour honeydew puree over pearls, then slowly pour milk mixture on top to create visible layers.
