Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups raw almonds, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup raw cashews, halved
  • ¾ cup raw pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  • ½ cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • ¾ cup dried cranberries or raisins
  • ¾ tsp sea salt

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

    Toss almonds, cashews, pepitas, and sunflower seeds with honey and melted coconut oil until coated.

    Spread mixture on the sheet pan in a single layer. Bake for 12–15 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden and fragrant.

    Remove from oven. Sprinkle with sea salt while still warm, then stir in dried cranberries.

    Let cool on the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to an airtight container.
