Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups roasted almonds or mixed nuts
  • ½ cup seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, or sesame)
  • 3 tbsp chili crisp (like Lao Gan Ma)
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave
  • ½ cup dried cranberries or raisins
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

    Pour nuts and seeds into a large bowl.

    Drizzle chili crisp and honey over the top, then add a pinch of salt.

    Toss until every nut and seed is coated with the spicy oil.

    Fold in dried cranberries and chocolate chips if using.
