Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 medium cucumber, sliced
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- ½ cup firm cheese (feta, white cheddar, or similar), crumbled or cubed

Mix flour with 0.5 cup water and a pinch of salt until a rough dough forms. Let rest 2 minutes.

Knead dough for 1 minute until smooth. Divide into 2 balls and cover with a damp towel.

On an oiled surface, stretch one dough ball into a thin 8×8-inch square. Fold into thirds, then fold again into a small square.

Heat 1.5 tbsp melted butter in a skillet over medium-high. Pan-fry the folded dough 2–3 minutes per side until deep golden and crispy.

Transfer to a plate. Repeat step 3–4 with the second dough ball and remaining butter. Drizzle both with warm honey.

Arrange cucumber, tomato, cheese, and olives on the plate alongside the msemen. Serve warm.
