Ingredients

  • 14 oz firm tofu
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 8 oz bok choy

Instructions

  1. 1

Press tofu between paper towels with a weight for 5 minutes to remove moisture.

  2. 2

Cut pressed tofu into 3/4-inch cubes.

  3. 3

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering, then add tofu cubes without stirring for 3 minutes until golden.

  4. 4

Stir tofu gently and cook 2 more minutes until the opposite sides brown, then push to the side of the skillet.

  5. 5

Add minced garlic to the empty skillet space and cook 30 seconds until fragrant, then pour in honey and soy sauce.

  6. 6

Toss tofu in the glaze until coated, cooking 1 minute, then transfer to a plate.

  7. 7

Add bok choy to the same skillet and cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and bright green.

  8. 8

Serve glazed tofu over or alongside the bok choy.
