Ingredients
- 14 oz firm tofu
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 8 oz bok choy

Press tofu between paper towels with a weight for 5 minutes to remove moisture.

Cut pressed tofu into 3/4-inch cubes.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering, then add tofu cubes without stirring for 3 minutes until golden.

Stir tofu gently and cook 2 more minutes until the opposite sides brown, then push to the side of the skillet.

Add minced garlic to the empty skillet space and cook 30 seconds until fragrant, then pour in honey and soy sauce.

Toss tofu in the glaze until coated, cooking 1 minute, then transfer to a plate.

Add bok choy to the same skillet and cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and bright green.
