Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 6 tbsp butter, melted, divided
- ½ cup honey
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup water, warm
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil for pan

Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Add warm water and 2 tbsp melted butter, stirring until a soft dough forms.

Knead dough on a floured surface for 3 minutes until smooth. Divide into 2 portions and rest for 5 minutes.

Roll one dough portion into a thin 8-inch round. Brush with 1 tbsp melted butter, fold into quarters, then roll thin again.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high until it shimmers. Pan-fry the folded dough until golden brown, 2–3 minutes per side.
