Ingredients
- 1 loaf (about 14 oz) barmbrack loaf (store-bought or homemade)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp fresh lemon zest
- 2 tbsp candied orange peel or dried apricots, chopped (optional garnish)
