Ingredients
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup butter, melted, divided
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup warm water

Mix flour, salt, and 2 tbsp melted butter in a bowl with warm water until a rough dough forms.

Knead dough on a floured surface for 2 minutes until smooth, then divide into 2 balls.

Roll one ball into a thin 8-inch square, brush with melted butter, fold in half, brush again, fold in half again to make a small square.

Heat 2 tbsp butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium until it foams, then slide one folded pastry square in.

Cook 3 minutes until bottom is golden, flip once, cook 2 more minutes until second side is golden and crispy.
