Ingredients
- 1 tbsp hojicha powder (or 1 hojicha tea bag)
- 6 oz hot water
- 6 oz whole milk (or oat milk)
- 1 tbsp brown sugar (or honey)
- 1 cookie butter cookie (store-bought or homemade)
- ½ cup ice (optional, for iced version)

Whisk hojicha powder with 2 oz hot water until completely smooth and dissolved, ~30 seconds.
