Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp hojicha powder (roasted green tea)
  • 3 oz hot water
  • 6 oz whole milk
  • ½ tbsp honey or agave syrup
  • 1 piece butter cookie or biscuit

Instructions

    Whisk hojicha powder with hot water until smooth and no lumps remain.

    Pour the hojicha into a mug. Stir in honey until dissolved.

    Warm milk in a small saucepan or microwave to steaming, about 60–90 seconds.

    Froth milk with a milk frother or whisk vigorously for 30 seconds until airy.
