Ingredients
- 2 fillets white fish fillets
- 2 slices bread slices
- ¼ cup fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or chives)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Toast the 2 bread slices until golden and crisp, about 3-4 minutes per side. Set aside.
