Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (or thick strained yogurt)
  • ½ cup walnuts, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh dill and parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1

Whisk yogurt in a bowl until smooth. Fold in chopped walnuts, dill, parsley, and minced garlic until evenly mixed.

  2. 2

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to a serving plate and create a shallow well in the center.

  3. 3

Drizzle olive oil generously into the well and around the edges. The oil should pool slightly on the surface.

  4. 4

Arrange pita bread, cherry tomatoes, black olives, and pomegranate seeds around the dip as an appetizer board.

  5. 5

Serve immediately. Diners tear pita, scoop dip, and load with toppings.
