Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice, chilled (day-old preferred)
- 1 cup ham, diced small
- ½ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or canned (drained)
- 3 whole eggs
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ cup scallions, chopped
- 2 tbsp neutral cooking oil
