Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 4 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
  • ½ medium orange bell pepper

Instructions

    Place the 2 eggs in a small pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 10 minutes.

    Drain the eggs and cool under cold water for 2 minutes, then peel and slice into rounds.

    Toast the 2 slices of bread until golden and crisp, about 3 minutes.
