Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- ½ lb ground beef
- ½ medium onion
- 1 large egg
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 400°F. In a skillet over medium heat, cook 0.5 lb ground beef and 0.5 diced onion until beef is browned and onion is soft, about 8 minutes. Season with 0.5 tsp salt and 0.25 tsp black pepper.

Roll out 1 sheet puff pastry on a floured surface. Cut into 4 equal squares.

Spoon the beef mixture onto one half of each square, leaving a border. Fold the other half over and press edges with a fork to seal.
