Ingredients
- 4 whole large eggs
- 4 oz deli ham, thinly sliced
- 4 oz sharp cheddar cheese, sliced
- 2 tbsp butter, divided
- 2 whole croissants
- 8 oz fresh orange juice

Crack eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper, then whisk until combined.
