Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup diced ham
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 small apple

Instructions

    Toast bread in a toaster or skillet until golden, about 2–3 minutes.

    Dice the apple into small cubes while toast cools slightly.

    Heat 1 tbsp butter in an 8-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high until foamy, 60 seconds.

    Whisk eggs with salt and pepper, pour into hot skillet, tilting to spread evenly.

    When edges set but center still jiggles, sprinkle ham and cheese over half, fold in half, slide onto a plate.
