- 4 buns steamed gua bao buns (or mantou)
- 6 oz roasted pork belly or deli chashu pork, thinly sliced
- ½ cup pickled mustard greens or daikon, chopped
- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce mixed with a pinch of sugar
- 3 tbsp roasted peanuts, crushed
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
