Ingredients

  • 4 count store-bought gua bao buns (steamed), divided
  • 6 oz cooked crispy pork belly (or pancetta), sliced thin
  • ¼ cup pickled mustard greens (or pickled radish), chopped
  • 3 tbsp roasted peanuts, crushed
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro (optional), chopped

Instructions

    Warm the buns in a steamer or microwave for 30 seconds until soft and pliable.
