Ingredients
- 4 buns store-bought steamed gua bao buns (or steam fresh)
- 200 g braised or canned pork belly (or roasted pork shoulder)
- ½ cup pickled mustard greens (zha cai), chopped
- ¼ cup roasted peanuts, crushed
- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro or scallion, chopped

Warm the pork belly gently in a skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Warm the buns. If using fresh, steam for 4 minutes covered. If store-bought, microwave wrapped in a damp paper towel for 20 seconds.
