Ingredients

  • 8 oz biała kiełbasa (Polish white sausage)
  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp whole-grain mustard
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill (or parsley), chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt and black pepper

Instructions

    Pat chicken breast dry and season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, about 90 seconds.

    Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side without moving until golden and cooked through (165°F internal temp).

    Slice biała kiełbasa into 1/4-inch coins and add to the skillet alongside chicken.

    Cook sausage 2–3 minutes until lightly browned, then drizzle mustard over everything and toss gently.
