Ingredients
- 4 links loukaniko (Greek pork sausages)
- 1 whole orange
- 4 cloves garlic cloves
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 whole cucumber
- 6 whole radishes
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp oregano

Peel the orange, keeping the peel in large strips. Slice tomatoes, cucumbers, and radishes into rounds. Smash garlic cloves with the flat of a knife.

Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high until it shimmers. Sear the loukaniko for 3 minutes per side until golden and charred.

Push sausages to the side. Add orange peel and garlic cloves to the pan, cooking for 2 minutes until fragrant and slightly charred.

Toss tomatoes, cucumber, and radishes in a bowl with red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
