Ingredients

  • 2 pieces (6-8 oz each) lobster tails
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves, minced garlic
  • 1 whole, cut into wedges lemon
  • ½ tsp each salt and black pepper
  • 2 tbsp, chopped fresh parsley or chives

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Pat lobster tails dry and split them lengthwise using a sharp knife.

  2. 2

Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat, add minced garlic, and cook until fragrant, about 60 seconds.

  3. 3

Brush lobster tails with garlic butter, season with salt and pepper, then place meat-side down on the grill.

  4. 4

Grill for 5–6 minutes until meat is opaque and cooked through, brushing with remaining butter halfway.

  5. 5

Grill lemon wedges cut-side down for 2–3 minutes until charred and juicy.

  6. 6

Plate lobster tails, drizzle with pan juices, scatter herbs, and serve with grilled lemon wedges.
