Ingredients

  • ¾ lb white fish fillets (sea bass, cod, or halibut)
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 1 whole lemon (juiced + zested)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

    Mix tahini, lemon juice, 1 minced garlic clove, 2 tbsp water, and salt until pourable sauce forms.

    Pat fish dry and season both sides generously with salt and pepper.

    Combine remaining minced garlic, lemon zest, 1 tbsp oil, and parsley in a small bowl.

    Heat grill to medium-high until you can hold your hand 3 inches above grates for 3 seconds.

    Brush fish with 2 tbsp oil. Grill 4 minutes per side without moving until flesh is opaque.

    Transfer to plates and top with tahini sauce, then scatter garlic-herb mixture over top.
