Ingredients

  • 3 stalks celery stalks
  • 1 medium green apple
  • 1 cup pineapple, fresh or frozen
  • ½ inch piece fresh ginger
  • 1 cup ice
  • ½ cup water or coconut water

Instructions

    Chop celery and apple into chunks. Peel ginger if desired (skin is fine to leave on).

    Add celery, apple, pineapple, ginger, ice, and water to a blender.

    Blend on high for 60 seconds until completely smooth and frothy.

    Strain through a fine-mesh sieve if you prefer less pulp, or pour straight into glasses.
