Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

    Mix Greek yogurt, self-rising flour, and salt in a bowl until a soft dough forms.

    Divide dough into 4 balls, then roll each into a 6-inch rope and pinch the ends to seal into a ring.

    Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, then drop bagels in and remove them as soon as they float.
